I know there's a specific eBay forum, but this is a special case, surely? I've never seen a compact pedal intergrated into such a weird noise-maker like that before, and I'm sure others Boss fans who don't normally frequent the eBay page would also enjoy seeing this...

Don't worry about the thread being in the right or wrong place. Most of the time these sort of threads go in the Ebay section but as you say, it's also about a compact pedal so it's not necessarily in the wrong place here.

I think this PS-2 has been on Ebay before. Possibly more than once. Maybe it's one of those items that's so useless that the only thing you can do is try to sell it again.
