True that. Just figured this out as I discovered the voltages are readable, and normal (as far as the voltage regulator) using the jack sleeves as a ground.

Fixed it.

The track that connects R59 to the 9v supply had fried along with the diode. This track is very thin and runs alongside the track that connects D6. All was revealed after a damn good scrubbing with a toothbrush and some alcohol.

Took a bit or creative soldering to remedy but I''m very pleased with the results and the pedal is ship shape now.
