Hi Guys
this guy is selling a Digitech RP-1 Effects Pedal. Floor processor like a simple GT3-5-6-8
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/DigiTech-RP-1-price-negotiateable_W0QQitemZ280038056239QQihZ018QQcategoryZ22669QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Speaking of outrageous postage!
This guy is asking for ($60.00 Aust) postage.

And it's for postage inside of -- Austalia

He also wants $15.00 for insurance.

I think I'd like 3 lots of postage & a side order of insurance
No sorry I don't want fries with that.
Oh - Don't forget the RP-1

Hi HAGALAZ
I didn't spot that one HAGALAZ, good one.

I tried to make a visual joke in my previous post, tried to make it look like a Pyramid - as in Pyramid selling prices - cheap item - lots of people to pay for selling it to you.
Like that American company that sells cleaning product for exorbitant prices, but delivers them to your door.
Aren't they called something like "HamBay" close enough anyway.

EXACTLY! eBay is only interested in stopping high shipping charges to protect their commissions. I am not surprised that eBay will be looking to regulate shipping charges. This practice is RAMPANT in computer parts like memory modules and interface cards, go search for any video card you might like to buy, and I'll bet its auction price is "cheap" but shipping is abit on the steep side.

My guess is that they will likely induce the postal services to offer say a 10% discount if they are purchased "through" eBay somehow and then give them a kickback or something. I dunno.
