There are 2 options:
1) The guy has made some mistakes while filling in the price.
2) He's just nuts.

I don't know the price of NOS tubes, but I wouldn't buy them. I use EHX tubes, which are good IMO. I don't believe that there is a big difference between NOS tubes or new tubes. You don't mind which transistors your effects use, do you?
