| Does anyone know if the casing (Outside) of Berhinger pedals is plast is metal? if it's plastic, i see no point as in getting one -as they are likey to be made of cheap components on the inside as well. Their site does not say if they are metal or plastic. |

| They are definitely plastic. I wouldn't recommend stomping on one. |

| definately plastic! they also come in a plastic blister pack, ensuring little chance of you getting to try one before even buying. Its like comparing Epiphones to Gibsons....except on a scale of 40 bucks. Best to save one more week and get the real deal. |

40 bucks? I bought a Beh Tremolo brandnew for 19 euros!
And Epiphone makes good guitars that are great value for money, plus they don't come in blister packs |

The Behringer pedals I've pulled apart have all been plastic cased. They do make a compressor in an aluminium case, but I think that's the only one.
Without fail the plastic has been cracked around the fastening screws. |

| I would give it a shot if you could try it out first. I mean plastic is no good for durability for stage use but if it sounded good i would definitively use it for studio use |

| I tried the clone of TR-2 from Beh and hated it. Never tried Boss' pedal though. |
