"quote" D5 change to 3mm red led (the power LED that we take out!) "unquote"
I�ve received a 3mm clear led from smallbear and I�m thinking of using that instead of original led on "D5", and just leave the original in place. Shouldn't be a problem, or what?
And for "a small" 47pf cap across clipping diodes, I received a very large silver mica cap. Does it matter as long as I manage to make room for it?
Ok, thats cool. But how about those big yellow caps i received. Did I order the wrong one? the 47pf that is used to smooth out tone between the clipping diodes. Also the one for C7 seems much smaller on the picture from Keely. I got a BIG one. Does it matter as long as the values are correct, or does it have any other qualities that would (or not) benefit the mod/pedal/tone? Appreciate any reply. /ken
