| Just wanted to mention how impressed I am that no one has been ripping on eachothers musical selection, it's something you don't often find on the discussion boards, and I find it to be just one more reason this board keeps me coming back. |

The Beta Band - Three EP's / Hero's to Zero's Ibrahim Ferrer - self title Gorillaz Demon Days / self title Paganini - 24 caprices - this is solo violin and it rocks. Bach - Cello Suites Radiohead - Pablo Honey Johnny Cash - Sun Years Janes Addiction - Ritual / Live and Rare / some concert in Russia. The Smiths - various singles collections and what not Queens of the Stone Age - Lullabies to Paralize and I am awaiting Alecia Keys, Eagles of Death Metal and Three Inches of Blood, these guys are so raw, imagine every '80s metal band rolled into one. Lots of other stuff I can't remember as I type this. And for the record the radio is a DEAD medium to me. I do NOT listen to it and haven't for YEARS.

Santana - Marathon Haven't heard this one since the early 80s. I still remember how I practised the riff on Stand Up over and over. I don't think I ever got it right. "All I ever Wanted" is the best Santana song ever (IMO).
Iron Maiden - A Matter of Life and Death I got the impression from a magazine that Maiden was exploring some new stuff and was closer to prog than ever, but Maiden is Maiden and to me they sound like they've done for a long time. Still, it's a good album if you like Iron Maiden.
Beatles - The White Album Never owned this one until now. That's mostly because Obladi Oblada is my least favorite pop song ever. Apart from that one song the rest actually makes this a good record. Some people have a religious relationship to the white album. To me it's a collection of some of the best Beatles songs. |
