This image is blurry It looks like it might be 11A or 11B except for the SS# space at the bottom. Lighting can effect color in photo, but this looks like it's blue with dark print.
I think it's a type 12 label. I don't think any of the blue labels actually had black text and type 11B should be removed from the label pages. I came to this conclusion after seeing an Ebay auction where the blue label had 50% black text and 50% white text. It looked perfectly real but it was clearly an optical illusion. The text is actually silver so it's very sensitive to how light falls on it.
The difference between 11 and 12 is that the blue is darker on type 12 labels and that the second line of text reads "The power switch is incoroprated..." instead of Type 11s "For longer battery life..."

when the lighting is just right the silver text appears dark.
