Ok I have to respond to this one for two reasons. One, I live in Northern Virginia now and my company advertises on WTOP so I just got done talking with one of their advertising managers. and two I used to live in Norfolk, Virginia and went to college there.
It's a strange place, and yes they need to fix that moat
Norfolk is strange at times, but I live in central Virginia and close to West Virginia, if you wanna talk about strange...I find it interesting that no one brings up the fact that maybe the zebra was taking a dip in the moat and the thunder came out from nowhere electrifying the moat, since water can attract electricity and thunder can strike in fractions of a second.
The lightning incident may be a freak accident but it is also mentioned that the Zebra's father "tangled with a lion" and had to be sent away. Isn't keeping Zebras and lions in the same enclosure asking for trouble?
