Here we go again
CS-3, I bought it 2nd hand in 1995, the pedal itself is from '90. I recently upgraded it with the Monte Allums opto mod, and I've used it ever since, although I did try an LMB-3 for a while, but I didn't like it as much. |

My first Boss was the first pedal I ever bought.
I bought it before I bought my first guitar, believe it or not
It was a CE-2 back in '88 (yes I'm that old!) and I still own it , although I hardly ever use it (not really a chorus kinda guy, I prefer flangers and phasers) it's on my board for nostalgic reasons more than anything - I only use it in one song with my band! |

| GEB-7, not the most useful choice in retrospect... |

| I bought an AW-2, DD-5, and GE-7 simultaneously for my first pedals. I also got a Sansamp GT2 at the same time and was using all of these directly into a PA instead of using a guitar amp. It was a decent sound and was nice not having to carry around an amp. |

Hey guys, after being a lurker for about a month now I am finally posting!
My first pedal was a gift from my uncle in Mexico, a BD-2 that I still have but not knowing anything about distortion I was disapointed that it was not really a distortion!
First pedal I purchased was a PH-2 on ebay for about 30 bucks, now I am seeing some of these for 100 on craigslist! It was not that long ago that these were still going cheap, why the sudden resurgence?
First MIJ pedal - CE-3 with box, sadly no manual, its a pretty pedal
First SS - BF-2 for $30 bucks 2 weeks ago! you guys think I got a good deal there? |

The first part of that story is my experience with my AW-3... still waiting for it to come back into favour |
