The OD-1 with serial 0500 is that an INK PAD serial number
just above the Switch.
And is it the 14 pin Op-amp type?
Is the op-amp a 3403 ...?
Which revision PCB is it(A-B-C-D-E)?

Both of mine are the 8pin JRC4558 type Revision "E" PCB's
I would really like to chase down a 14pin 3403 type.

It is an Ink Stamped #0500 above the switch.
8 pin 4558D JRC 0732
PCB "D" (ET-23D)
