Maybe if he waits 20 years he'll get back what he paid for it.It's very, very rare i buy some music related item and get what i paid for it.I got guitars i bought used 15 years ago and they are finally worth what i paid for it. |

forget the price for a moment, what are the chances someone actually wants to buy THAT EXACT board even for a reasonable price? break it up, part it out. that's what fritz would do.
wwfd? |

If I was to sell my board, I would sell them individualy. I have a pedaltrain pro (hardcase) which to the right seller would sell for a nice sum of money, but that doesn't necessarily mean he'll want me CE-2 or my DD-7 or whatever.
This guy REALLY needs to sell his stuff individually!
Some people are so stupid on eBay |

I've noticed quite a few auctions recently where people are trying to sell their entire setup. IMO they're simply too lazy to break their stuff up and sell it separately. Ollie is right; just because someone is looking for a good pedalboard doesn't mean they want a CE-2 sitting on it(believe it or not, some players actually don't like or use chorus! ) It requires a little more effort on the seller's part, but IMO it works out better for them to sell items individually instead of as a "set". |

lol never sell as a set! nobody wants YOUR setup, but they might want ONE part of it at a time.
its completely ridic to buy a 1/2 dozen pedals and try and sell them in one year at retail.
I'll go to the store and get a warranty ... or expect a 35% discount to buy it used. |

True, I have done that. Scored a mitful of boss MIJ pedals in a BCB 6 for about 270 inlcuding shipping. sold the bcb for 130, the PSM 5 for about 90 with box) and a distortion of somesort. to get all my money back.
got to keep a CE-3 and PH-2 for free, which I eventually sold off.
it was a good deal and fun! |

Funny that seller says "If you dont want it dont buy it." Based on that rationale, if I like 6 of 7 pedals, but if I don't like the 7th pedal, I should refrain from bidding on this auction?
That makes no sense!
