I have had trouble doing this the last couple of day, the �computer� says something like that only the author or moderator can do it, and I�m the author�

This has started to happen sporadically since I upgraded the forum to version 3.4.06. It works on soe topics and fails on some.

I haven't been able to figure out why it happens yet but I'm working on it.
