The paint glows under our UV light. That doesn't really explain 'why' though does it?
It's just part of our over-all psychedelic vidual experience. |

Great pics Ollie!
How's the action on that Epi-SG? I've played some Epiphone guitars with great feel & some that felt just weird. Maybe it was neck profile, I dunno. What kind of amp & FX do you have mate? |

the action on my sg is fine, great versatile guitar and cheap to. There now 179 and there not stripped down either. And my amp is a marshal valvestate 2000 avt 275 (2x75 whatts). Its 150 whats with 2 12" Celetions. Great amp, didn't realise how loud it was 'till my neighbour and the bottom of my road said "I didn't know you liked Eric Clapton"

And here is my pedalboard, it aint bad for a 13 year old's pocket money :P

eep.. I got my 1st guitar & amp when I was 18 & didn't get my 1st effects pedal until a year & a half later!
I have respect for you Ollie, for you have some good gear there! Always go for quality with your hard-earned money & never settle for less. |

Hehe. I remember when I started collecting music gear (synths particularly) and my mum used to say "why do you need more than one? you can't play them all at once," and "don't they all do the same thing?"
Mums. Gotta love 'em.
I think all I had at 13 was a Casiotone... I was 17 or 18 when I started to buy real gear. I remember saving up to buy a drum machine off my mate (a Casio RZ-1, early sampling one from the 80s - not bad actually, from when they briefly made proper music tech) and I paid for it in 50 of bagged/loose change. Should have seen his face. |

Have you ever had a Moog? I picked up the Little Phatty a couple years ago & love it. |

Got a Little Phatty SE and a Rogue. The LP is great - thick, creamy, and despite the reduced knobbyness, easy to use. The Rogue is so simple it's almost silly, and great fun.
I'm going to get a Voyager Old School as soon as I can barely afford it.

Is yours a Tribute or a Stage? |

I have the Tribute Ed. #1023, Moog theremin, & all their Foogers. Great stuff. Keep a lookout at http://www.moogmusic.com as they're almost ready with a major 2.0 update to the LPs.
I too want an Old School.. it would be sweet. I still have to learn how to subtract sound! The Moog guitar is on my list but perhaps in a few years; there's other stuff I'd like 1st. |

Mine's a Stage, number 3-hundred-something. I already got OS 2.00, with the arpeggiator... quite a nice extra! And I too have an Etherwave (standard black version). Can't play it for toffee, but it's cool nevertheless. Sounds great through a reverb (using the RE-20 space echo pedal) for Forbidden Planet noises.
No Foogers yet.
Yet. |
