G'day! I just wanted to ensure I have it straight in my own mind... if the pedal calls for an ACA adapter, it needs to be 12VDC and if it calls for PSA it needs to be 9VDC?
Some questions: 1) Are the ACA adapters regulated, or just "raw" 12VDC? If raw, what is the tolerance (i.e. if I wanted to use a 12V adapted in my junk box, what's the maximum recommended no-load/full-load voltage?)
2) I have a MIJ NF-1 (January 1987) that I've been (unknowingly) and seemingly successfully running from 9V. Is it worth changing to a 12V supply for it, or just leave it?
3) Is there a mod to the ACA pedals to make them 9VDC?
Thanks, and regards, Laurie. |
