SO.... just to confirm, people are sure you can't A/B the two channels?
Because that is what I would be doing, not "blending" them.

From the manual: "INPUT is disabled when the BRIGHT IN jack is used".

Isn't it possible to mod the pedal so you can use them both (or jumper them, like a real bassman)?

I honestly don't know. Perhaps someone who knows more about the technical aspects of these pedals can chime in.

I wonder if Boss would supply you with a wiring diagram if you emailed their support team?

It's possible, but I think the schematic will be quite 'advanced'. I would only 'mod' the input section if they have some kind of switch installed in the jack itself. Otherwise I would keep my hands off.

Maybe it's easier to build your own Bassman. I've got a few schematics of 'the real thing' and they are quite easy (as most tube schematics), but it does sound great!
