I've been wanting a CE-2 for my collection for a while, and was looking for a clean SS LD version to go with my other SS pedals. Well I don't have to tell ya how much they are going for! I actually said I can't beleive all the fuss over CE-2's to which Dr. Bob said "Well, it is a CE-2!". Anyway, I decided to go for a slightly used one. There was a mixup and I thought the sale wouldn't go thru...so I purchased another! Got 'em both for a very nice price! Here's pix. Which one do you like better?

Hey Zerks, the top one was $96, and the bottom $79. They both work great and are both 0000, Nov. 80 like in another thread here! |

| Thanks, everyone! I gotta say I'm thrilled with the sound of these analog gems! Slow arppegios with no overdrive or distortion is something I don't usually get into. Well 6hrs. and a couple of beverages later, I'm still at it! It is intoxicating! And I'm gonna start to sound like a typical old guitar player but, while there have been many improvments in digital modeling and cheaper FX which do "everything". This pedal much like a valve head just does it right and will never be improved upon. |
