I like the MIT CE-2 that I have on my pedalboard. When it needed a brighter LED, I put in an orange one, so now the pedal reminds me of the Gulf racing team from when I was a kid in the 60's. I have a Hot Wheels Ford GT40 done up in the Gulf light-blue-and-orange.
I really dig the coffee-colour of the TW-1, and that hard-to-define VB-2 blue. The XT-2, when it's really shiny, looks amazing as well. I think my least favourite is the sickly toxic OD-2 yellow.
Yes, it's extremely nerdy, but for some reason, important to us like it is with guitars. For some people, getting that perfect Lake Placid Blue is all that matters..
