thanks doc....i find the twin tube to be a great pedal...according to seymour duncan it doesn't use the valves in a starvation mode like some other valve overdrives and i think this is why i find it more like an amp than a pedal...i find myself leaving the crunch setting on a lot lately and cleaning the sound up from the volume knob of the guitar also i find it reacts great with all my guitars including my main axe,a old jap squier strat that i've rewired to the clapton spec(active..with a mid boost)i find the cs3 is having the same volume issues as the boss distortion/overdrives with this guitar(basically the guitars volume is greater than the pedals) and i have to max out the compressor for any type of clean boost...i'm seriously thinking of a xotic rc booster instead of a compressor..i need a clean boost for the chickin' pickin'/dire straits stuff....
sorry if i've gone to much off topic with this.... |

Vim...i got the plug end for the board in an electricial suppliers..i just cut the plug and some of the cable off the extension lead and soldered it on...i had to make something stable for gigging plus the twin tube adapter is 15 volt and i believe its hard to replace...so i didn't want it getting moved too much.. |

Hi Aetguitars & Guys
I see that your BD-2 and DS-1 have been modified. What mods are on your BD-2 and What Mods are on your DS-1
I heard the demo if the CF-7 Chorus factory at the Digitech site, the first demo of the chorus, was very inspiring.
Are you using the (mixer Out) output of the CF-7?
What do you think of the Keeley Compressor, as I believe it's a Dyna Comp with some mods?
Nice setup by the way.

I modified the pedals myself to Keeley specs.

I'm very happy with this pedal. It doesn't have a mixer output per se, what it has is a cabinet modeling mode, which I don't use.

It's actually a refined Ross compressor, and I love it. I keep it on all the time.

Hi Vicix
Very nice setup, are you able to tell us how the pedals are attached. maybe you can take some pictures to show us what you have done, to mount the pedals.
Are you using straight through joiners (adapter cables) between the pedals.
This is one of the nicest mechanical layouts that I have seen. And there are a lot of really nice pedal boards, & gear on this forum.
Please send us some more pictures.

First, thanks to all. Second, it Is but simple to build the pedalboard that to obtain the pedals. The pedalboard dimensions is 60x42 centimeters, (inches???).

Obtaining three levels.

The Power... the first row of jacks they have straight

Hey, SORRY, Do not connect the pw-1 with the cable of ac-adaptor,functions to 3 vdc. Batteries is good idea... when the guitar not this connected these they are not consumed.

Conecting the pedals...

12 metalic jack and blue for PW-1 to NF-1, yellow for SG-1 to OD-1 and green SP-1 to OC-2.
Good, this is all. ...imagin... Suggestions of the 15 pedals are accepted to put and the order. I collect pedals boss. ... my dream is to do a pedalboard with all the pedals. ... some day perhaps. ...Bye and thaks...
