Just wondering if I can use an ACA-120 Adapter through my BCB-60 pedal board to power my ACA powered pedals? Stock adapter for the BCB-60 is a PSC-100. I wouldn't think there should be any problem with this, but has anyone else done it? I'm pretty sure it will be fine, but never hurts to ask.

I'm fairly sure the board itself doesn't do anything other than redistribute the power, so in that sense it should work fine. However, I'd suggest going PSA/regulated anyway, just because it is much more predictable and far less likely to be noisy. Do you really have a board full of pre-1997 (12 volt) ACA pedals? As soon as there's one 9 volt (PSA) pedal in the chain, all the old ACA ones will get full power from 9 volts (assuming they share both power and signal connections).
Also, since the ACA adapter is unregulated, its output voltage will vary with the load. Wether or not you can safely (and quietly) power more than one through any sort of daisy chain setup (such as the BCB-60) will depend heavily on the pedals in question, and how many there are. The whole ACA concept was never really designed to handle multiple pedals.

That's helpful. Yes I do have a whole (6 pedal) board full of Pre-97 ACA pedals. Actually pre-86. Anyway, the PSC (Stock to BCB-60) adapter with the ACA pedals should be fine then?
While we are here, what if I want to run a TU-2 in there? It is a PSA pedal. |

With the PSC and only the ACA pedals, none of them will get full power. At least one of the pedals on the board will have to be PSA, to make it work. So if you stick the TU-2 in that chain, all the ACA pedals should get full power from the PSC.
You could also have someone modify your pedals to work with a regulated 9vDC supply directly (without having to stick a tuner in there just to make it work). It's a fairly simple job - two components (a resistor and a diode) is taken out, and jumpers put in their place. Other than figuring out which two components they are in each pedal, it's a quick job for someone with a little experience.

Does it matter where the PSA pedal is plugged into the daisy chain part of this power source? (ie.. 1st to get power, 3rd, last?) I think I will just run my old RV-2 in there if I need a PSA pedal. I love it anyway.

No, it shouldn't matter. As long as the pedals share both power and signal connections, the common ground through the signal cables will bypass the voltage-reducing components in the ACA pedals.
