I've got a Boss Xtortion that has a blown D3 and I'm not sure what value the part is. I'm assuming it is some sort of zener diode, but not sure which. Can someone help? I've found a schematic for it, but it doesn't list all the part values. Or better yet, if somebody has a complete schematic, that may be helpful as well since I'm not sure if the D3 is the only problem with the unit.
I would love to help but mine is in a huge container ship somewhere between Taiwan and the Netherlands. Did you check if the XT-2 was in our schematics section(technical and mods)?
I had a look in my XT-2, but I couldn't see the part value for D3. Looking at other schematics there are different values for this diode. TR-2 MTZ5.6B the DS-1 1N751 and in RG Keens notes on PH-1R says "Bias voltage setting zener, probably 3.0-5.0V"
