Hey Gurran, Yea you can transfer money to your account from your bank or even your credit card I think, but you don't have to you can just assign a credit card to your paypal account then when you buy something the seller gets paid from paypal but you get a charge on your credit card. It just gives sellers a way of accepting credit cards as payment
