The PW-2 is an overlooked gem. While most Boss overdrives & distortions are unique, they still are just "flavours" of OD/Dist as it were. The notable exceptions are the BD-2, HM-2, PW-2, XT-2, etc.
My PW-2 provides a tone unequaled by most other pedals & sits nicely between the OD-3, FZ-5, & MT-2. Its bottom-end allows sonic quality not reached by EQ alone. I think I want to be buried in it someday. Of course, its sound is like a one-trick pony but thats what you get in most compacts anyway. |

Yup Kas is always good for a great over price. Though he is always good for a nice hard to find pedal too. I'm just glad his is listing again. I haven't noticed anything new from him in over a month. |
