first of all, any pedal with that much missing paint and an obviously non-original knob (the "ditortion" control, if his description is to be believed) cannot possibly be in "excellent" condition (in the title), or even "very good" condition (later in the description). this pedal isn't in nearly as bad condition as the "swamp thing" CE-3 that Basstyra unearthed in an older thread (http://bossarea.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2168), but it's nowhere near "collectible" either.
secondly, please don't copy and paste the bulk of your item description from Wikipedia (or bossarea.com, for that matter), especially if the stolen text doesn't really describe the item you are selling.
Note that the "vintage" knob he is using is oblong and appears to not be able to rotate it's full travel so 1. live with whatever sound it will produce in it's hindered range or 2. Rotate remove knob then reinstall to complete rotation

Really?...i remember diggin the FX56 but yrs ago mine took a crap on me...which means i need to dig it up and see if I can't get her ressurected!!!
