My latest pedalboard setup consists of BD-2, FZ-2, DC-3, DD-20 and T-Rex Tremster. Im not so sure where to put the tremolo, to me after the DC-3 and before the delay sounds marginally best (BD-2 first, FZ-2 second). Any suggestions? |

I always run my tremolo dead last in the chain. I want to get as close as possible to a fender amp tremolo (which affects the entire signal, reverb and all), so I want it to modulate everything, including any delay. If I'd used a pedal reverb, I'd run the tremolo after that as well. The only exception is when I use a leslie simulator - that one goes after the tremolo.

Good point, I cerainly want the sound of a vintage Fender. But at the same time I think this is not optimal, the tremolo would chop the delay-tails. But I will try it of course. By the way, the BD-2 I use in this application is modded by Stinkfoot |

| Interesting, the tremolo in a Fender classic amp varies the reverb, too? A little strange to do that considering that contributions to the reverb come from both the normal and vibrato channels. I've never used one of those '60s Fender amps or their reissues/later model versions though. |
