I think I may have a 14B label for you. I just got my 2nd XT-2 in the mail today and noticed the label doesn't match my other one. It is missing the 'Dry battery 9V type' text. Also, it is missing the serial number which may have been removed by a previous owner...
Side note - both of my XT-2 (used) came without the gromet in the battery compartment. I realize it could of been swiped out and placed in another pedal but ARGHH!

Thanks for this one, m3_entity. Haven't noticed this label before. It's a shame the serial is missing as we won't know for sure when it was in use. I'll add it to the gallery.
I've found that the label m3_entity found was used up until Dec96/Jan97 when it was replced with the Type14 label. I believe they started using it late 1995 so it probably wasn't in use for more than a year.
There's probably also a black label that looks just like this one. Have you got an OC-2, CS-3, PH-2 or GE-7 from 1996 (I0 - J3)? If you do, great if you can check if you label is the same as the one pictured in the post above (not containing the text 'Dry battery 9V type').
I'm also intersted in pictures of a brand new silver label pedal. The one with the recycle bin symbol is not on the label page yet.
