I have an FS-6 & want to add a mini toggle switch to the battery circuit so I could leave my cables plugged in, but... I can't get the unit opened. After taking the back screws out, its hanging up on something. Hep me, Hep me! |

Hi DeFrag. For my KM-2 mixng amplifier, which has no adapter jack, I took a 9volt battery clip and connected it to the battery clip inside the battery box. I connected the clip to a wire with an 2.1 X 5.5mm inline jack, eliminating the battery without damaging the mixer at all. Now it is powered by the 9vdc supply for the pedals and turns on and off with the pedals. I am sure this will work for the FS-6. But it's just one way to do it. |

| I had no problem taking my fs-6 apart. one the side that the cable go in, pull on that side and it should come of with no problem. I had the same idea as pedals 4 pv, i have bought all the parts i just haven't done it to my fs-6 yet. i can't believe boss didn't think about it. there are going to be a lot of people wanting to add these foot switches to their permanent setup not just a temporary one. |

Hi DeFrag & guys
I might have missed something, but did we figure out how to get it apart?
I would like to get one of these.
