I'm still "discovering" my DC-2. I'd like to ask something, sorry about my poor english, but I'll try to explain.
First thing is that the pedal doesn't has the same fat sound as the CE-2. Is this normal? It seems to be more "thiner" in any of the fou modes, if is this the correct word to explain it.
Second, when I use my Epiphone Les Paul Studio, the sound gets a little "distorted" (don't know the correct word to say it) as hard as I play. Is this normal?
Sorry guys, but here in Brazil is almost impossible to find this pedal, so I ain't got no idea if mine has any kind of problem.
Thanks! |

I don'tknow the CE-2 very well, but I do have a CE-3 that probably sounds a lot like it. I also have a DC-2 that I used to use in a stereo setup because it's not wavery or wobly or whatever as a normal chorus. The point is that it is a very subtle effect, so I don't think there's anything wrong with yours. Try it in stereo, it's not as interesting in a mono setup, I think I'd go with a chorus for mono actually. It's dimension effect, not chorus after all.
About the distortion, your Les Paul does drive any input channel very hard, did you try turning the volume knobs down on the LP? |
