Well... I've always thought that pedals (and everything else) are much cheaper in the US, than here in Europe.

Let's find out

Now, I'll post some standard Boss prices here from the Danish market, and then you guys can (hopefully) post what these pedals are worth over at you side of the big wet thingy...
(Let's list all prices i $, mmkay?)

DM-2 - 150$-250$
CE-1 - 280$-450$
TW-1 - 100$-150$

I know that I've only listed "old" and semi-rare pedals, but those are the only ones that really are interesting, aight?

I am not going to give prices today [ I live in the UK, so could not do dollars anyway] but it seems that the prices, overal, for older gear are the same all over the planet.

One of the reasons for this is because we all have similar research resouches available [read internet!!]

There may be some fluctuations in prices but it seems that like it is a very similar picture all over.

What can make a difference is buying from indiduals rather than dealers. The dealers usually want more as they all seem to want the vintage-prices for their units.

Just check for yourself some of the prices of the pedals you mentioned in your post. A Roland CE1 is expansive in the US, but also here in Europe. Sometimes you can have a bit of luck, and with Ebay things can be very strange as it all depends on the willingness of the people bidding, and their knowledge of what they are bidding on.

ya thats true. i would say the only real big difference in price is paying for shipping to just say Malaysia every time you win a pedal. . kinda glad i live in Canada for that reason although US is the ideal place to live for cheap shipping

Prices around the world can fluctuate a little but I wouldn't imagine it would be alot and I agree with Stratosphere in the postage is often the killer. A fairly cheap pedal that costs a lot to post half way around the work can be a killer. I know since Oz is so far from everywhere!
