Hi all. I have a dd-3 (version 2b Made In Taiwan) about 10 years old and it has started to make a popping sound that is in time with the speed of the delay. However, it is not consistent. There are times I plug it in and it works fine but once it starts popping, it doesn't stop. You can turn the pedal off but as soon as you turn it back on the popping starts again. Also, it only makes the popping sound when set on the 800ms setting. Has any one else had this problem or have any insight into this?

Sorry about that. I changed the topic title so it doesn't confuse anyone else. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
