AC-3, AC-2, a chorus, GP-20. I don't think they sound like the differences between the upwards & downwards sweeps though.
I rather like the AC-3 & wish I had one. You can almost have a 12-string guitar for the price of one can't you? My son found a great late-70s Ovation for $80. Cruise the pawns.
CE-2 or CE-5, rate and depth at 12 o'clock. It's not a 12-string exactly (you can't even do that with a Variax or one of those Polyphonic Octave Generator thingys) but it's a nice thick tone with a little 12 string character.
with the following: AC-2 or a Graphic EQ CE-2 or similar chorus Some reverb and a touch of short delay (like slapback or plate) and if you have another one, some graphic or parametric EQ.
Remember Less is more & use subtle amounts of all the pedals.
Comp - AC-2 or GE-7 - CE-2 - RV-X - DD-2/3 another GE-7 or PQ-4
Some Compression is always useful, before the AC-2. The recored & mixed in sound can be very realistic.
But this one sound, will eat up, a few of your pedals.
