Anybody have or have tried that big pedal?
There is one for sale in Sweden and Im a bit tempted to buy it
What would a reasonable price be?

The literature says to run it on 9V, but it supposedly sounds *amazing* on 12V... They are big and ugly, but kind of cool at the same time. The only one I've had use of only worked intermittently. I still have to get around to fixing it...

I've seen them sell for as little as USD 120. But they are one of those wierd rare items that the price fluctuates for... so as Zerksies says, you may find people want USD 250 - there's one on a Japanese eBay seller's site at the moment for about that (these guys are always expensive, so you could consider that price to be an upper limit).

Wouldn't have a clue on a price Goran but your long enough haggling for gear to know how to get a good bargain.......the chorus sound is excellent... also those weird 'pac-man'(for those of you old enough to remember pac-man... ) noises he got out of it were kinda cool as well...the flanging sounded similar to the BF-2....

I love mine to pieces... and I'd use it all the time if it wouldn't be so damn noisy.

Mully, do you power it at 9V or 12V?? Maybe the extra headroom of 12V would lessen the noise?

natthu and I got mine working tonight finally. I've never been a fan of Flangers but I kinda like this big blue lump.

It definitely needs to be run at 12v, the extra headroom its quite noticeable and allows for much more subtle sounds.

Its pretty noisy at either 9 or 12v but then its a 30+ year old pedal so cant expect too much in that department.

+1 on running it at 12V... Sounded great through my Tiny Terror.

The NS-2 cleaned it up a bit but also took a bit of 'oomff' away...
