Maybe I could find out how to appropriately wire in a new jack via the schematic? Does anyone have it?

It works just fine without this jack at all, but I'd rather do it now than have to open it all up again later.

You guys have been a great help so far, so any further help (either opinions on wiring or a schematic) would very much appreciated.

That would be excellent. I'm not sure how helpful they'll be, as I don't have a matching jack to replace the missing Mod Bus, but it's worth a shot.
