Sorry if it's a stupid question but I know if using a USA power supply in the Uk you need to put it through a transformer so it won't blow when 240 or so UK volts go coursing through it but what about using a UK supply overseas? I have a ME-8 I want to take to S.America and some places have from 220v to 120v.Do I need to use two different power supplies one 120v and one 240?

Yip I need a new USA power supply or a step up transformer. Since the USA supplies are expensive to ship can anyone recomend a step up transformer ( and not the 'more than meets the eye ones'!)?
