Hi albertprio and Guys The NE571 is a compressor - expander (Compander) Boss use this in a few of their pedals.

Each channel has a full-wave rectifier to detect the average value of the signal, a linerarized temperature-compensated variable gain cell, and an operational amplifier. The SA571 is well suited for use in cellular radio and radio communications systems, modems, telephone, and satellite broadcast/receive audio systems. All,
Thanks for the welcome... but I am embarrassed to say that I did not realize that it was my first post.
Also, sorry for the late reply. I was out of town for the last day and a half or so.

Yes, I do have the Boss PH-1 schematic and some additional documentation. Sorry, I do not have a Boss PH-1r schematic.
Unfortunately, the Boss PH-1 files are in PDF format and photobucket only allows images.
If someone can recommend a site where I upload various files (pdf, images, etc), I would be glad to do so.
Thanks.

Hi gonzofonts you can upload images on this forum. You can also upload or send the PDF's to Bossarea here & he will put them into one of the sticky threads.
Or you can PM them to the individual member.
Thanks again for sharing your data & schematics, with the rest of us.
Regards Dr. Bob |
