I just got a NS-2, so I'm probably going to drop one of the dirts. Where should I put the NS-2? At the end? After the dirts, and before the modulations? At the start?
I'd stick it after the MT-2... That is probably the optimal position for it in your chain IMHO.
It should dramatically reduce the noise from your dirt pedals and it will help your OC-2 to track better. I'd even put the dirt pedals in the NS-2s loop, it seems to work better that way. Putting it after your mod pedals probably won't sound good. If you put it at the start you'll be reducing feedback but nothing else.
I'd experiment anyway. It can't hurt to try these things
