I'm looking for a whammy pedal which can alter the signal both up and down.
I want to do both dive bombs and shifting without changing the octave-up/down switch on the pedal.
Actually it should act like a floating tremolo (I'm not going to mount a tremolo on my SG).
Think about Dimebag Darrel's "squealing" guitar sound as a reference.
Looking at the "Digitech Whammy 4" it seems it can only up- and downtune the signal but not both at the same setting. |
