Sorry guys, I know this is a BOSS forum and site, but all of you are the only people I know who really has reliable info.
So, if somebody knows where do I could find the Ibanez SC10 Chorus, please tell me, cause I'm can't understand the meaning of the "delay" knob. I can hear the difference in the sound, but I'd like to have some technical info.
I saw a manual for this pedal on Ebay a while back (maybe even still viewable on a 'completed listings' search). The auction had finished before you made this post though. Keep looking on Ebay, maybe another will appear. I haven't seen this manual available on any website, but that doesn't mean it isn't out there somewhere.
There's a great diagram somewhere on Bossarea.com which shows the relative delay times for flanger chorus and delay pedals and how they intersect. My guess is that the delay knob does just that - increases or decreases the delay time slightly and goes more towards flanger or delay pedal ranges.
Edit>> I just thought, as I presume it's a Stereo chorus maybe it changes something between the 2 output signals? Perhaps using 2 amplifiers (or swapping between both outputs as you change the delay knob) will shed more light on what is happening?
