I sense a trend.
Me too. The 'zone was my first music purchase with my own money - they were over $200CAD new at the time. I paid $100.
But I sold it before I started collecting.. for something like $50.
The fisrt pedals with an aim to collect were CE-2 and NF-1. First silver screw was TW-1.
The last pedal? no such thing.. |

DS-1 - only about 3 years ago. Was a muliteffects guy until then, but I realised all i was doing was trying to emulate a Marshall with some Boss pedals. So I bought a Marshall and some Boss pedals |

Mine was a SD-1 MIJ that I buyed from a working friend. It was around 91 and I have just started to play electric guitar. Sold it later with some other goodies to buy a GP16. Got tired of that GP16 quite fast and now I have started to buy all the stuff back. Its hard. But fun! |

| Mine was a MIT SD-1. Still have it, still use it, still looks new! I think it's because I don't stamp on it, I just tend to leave it on most of the time for certain songs... |

My first was also an MT-2, I picked it up second hand probably around 10 years ago now, it was my distorion sound for years. Seems weird thinking about it now but back then it never really even crossed my mind to try/aquire some other pedals.
Fast forward to about 2 years ago when by chance I picked up a CH-1 and BF-3 cheap at a sale; right away I got curious about what other Boss pedals were out there, a quick search lead me to Bossarea and it all snowballed from there.

Yeah... it's amazing how many you can collect fairly quickly. There are a lot of broken/tired pedals out there are that you can pick up cheap. I've lost count of how many I've fix/reconditioned - dozens at least. I'm really glad I kept my soldering iron from years ago |
