Has anyone come up with a way to install an LED in a DD-5 to indicate the tempo, like the DD-6 has?

Hi ljplum12

Sounds like an interesting project,
I guess you could drive the base of a transistor buffer, that has the LED connected to it's Collector,
from a tap somewhere on the oscillator...

Anyone here have the complete schematic?

Here's the best I could come up with. Part of the left hand side (looking at it right side up) is cut off but I think it's just the input, tap tempo in, power, and switch. Hope that helps.

Try copying and pasting it into the address bar. Geocities is picky about that kind of stuff.

(I'm Lloyd, btw)

Thanks Lloyd (ljplum12)
That seemed to work, have you fond any more of the Schematic.

What search parameters (words) did you type into the search engin to find that file?
Was it Google? Or something else.

What part of the world are you from?
You didn't seem to fill in all of your profile, in the members section.

I've searched for a more complete schematic, but come up empty. To find that one I just googled "boss dd-5 schematic" (without the quotes). That particular hit was on the second page of results, in a forum archive for thegearpage.net I'll keep searching. To answer your question, I'm from Texas, USA, and I filled out my profile .
