Nice Boss stuff here. Anyone help me out with what's actually active for this solo? Sounds like there is only a hint of chorus and delay on top of the distortion?

Hi Laurie...
Yep the gilmourish site is a great resource for anything relating to gilmour and his gear... Ron also seems to be well up on things as well... nice to see another gilmour fan around the place.... ...you know what i've been doing recently with the wet/dry/wet thing..well gilmour also runs a couple of leslies or what he calls 'Doppolas(after the doppler effect).in a similar way...on a slow speed these give a phasery, chorus sound as well..basically what he calls a pair of custom made rotating speakers like the old mastreo rover..as far as i know he doesn't turn these on or off they run all the time in conjunction with his main amps he just ramps up the speed for fast/slow sounds.... |

The Skreddy Mayo is killing in that clip.
I have a Pig Mine on it's way and I'm pumped to get some tasty DG tones :D

I too love Gilmour's tones.. and his sweet sweet bends.
A couple years ago I helped a friend build a massive Gilmour-rig for a Floyd tribute.. including some fun Cornish boxes, a Chandler Tube Driver, and a killer script DynaComp. The result was worth the effort, but maybe not the 200lb shock-rack!

I'd be interested to hear exactly what you put in that rack... |
