Ive seen a couple of Boss pedals i have wanted for like an eternity in a shop. Firstly the Keeley modded Boss DD-3, i need a good digital delay with my MXR Carbon Copy, Would £100 be a good price for this pedal used.

Secondly, the Boss analogue delay route with the DM-2, good condition, Japaneese from the 80s i was told, but is going for £160.

Are theese too steep or are they good value???

One last thing, should i look at another type of Digital Delay, like the DD-7 over the Keeley DD-3??? Im just wanting a good digital delay that i can dial in easily and get good repeats out of. Basically the complete opicite of what my Carbon Copy can do.

100 seems a bit high for the used keeley dd3 maybe 50 to 75 depending on the condition. Its a great pedal , i have one and use it alot. You have to think about how you wanna use this pedal. The carbon copy is an analog delay. or it copies one but is a great sounding pedal. As much as i hate the dd-7 i would give it a try you can do a whole bunch of stuff with it to.also give the dd-20 a try as well

Thanks for the info. May just look to get a stock DD-3 now, as i have a very exact ammount of delay time of arround 485ms that i like best.

Altho the DD-3 and DD-3 are exactly the same new at £119 here, makes the Keeley DD-3 look like a bargin.

Any more help on the DM-2 out there???

£160 for the DM-2 is too much. You can get one off ebay for somewhere around £110.
