hey guys, has anyone here used the bass limiter/enhancer for the guitar?

I'm curious too, i like my LM2.
Is the Ratio knob the same as the Release on the LM3B?

I haven't played any of those pedals but a Ratio knob usually is no Release knob...

as a basic insight for compressors and limiters

threshold: levels over this threshold get reduced in volume
attack: time it takes for the compressor to reduce the volume of levels that crossed the threshold
release: time it takes for the compressor to release the signal after the volume level is lower than the threshold again.
ratio: this is the strength of the compression ...usually meassured like this 4:1 6:1 12:1 etc..... limiters usually have a ratio of #8734;:1 so a limiter is nothing else than a really strong compressor really.
