Hey Guys,
I could care less about horse racing; that being said I sure appreciate the day off work.

I see two of our horses made it into the top three...horse breeding and racing is big in ireland, racing is especially popular and attended by a lot of people, some of our politicians and top sports people have stakes and own horses and it was tax free up to a short while ago,but there was a lot of contoversy over the tax free bit by a lot of people because some of these horses go for big money and the stud fees for them as well can run into millions.... |

Do they Barbeque the losers there, in keeping with our New Jersey tradition?
They are awfully tasty, when smoked over some Hickory and Apple coals. |

Here on the other side of the Globe, we are having the "World Series" of Baseball, where the two best teams from the National League and the American League play seven games. (It's sort of like a really expensive Cricket match).
Also, we just had "Election Day" on Tuesday, where the "Republican" and "Democrat" party each put up their favorite candidate and the winner gets to spend tax money.
They barbeque the loser, but there is more meat on them than your typical jockey. |
