I bought a PW-2 some 8 months ago; they're simply too cheap not to. It has to compete against an EMMA ReezaFRATzitz and now a Toadworks Death Rattle II, so obviously it doesn't see any use at all.
I don't think they'll ever be the object of wild hype, so I'll most likely sell it sometime soon. But hey, <hype> I hear The Edge is using the BOSS PW-2 Power Driver because it's pure Tone� man! </hype>

That's very cool. The Boss book states that the production was only 9 months and there's exactly 9 months between your July 96 and Visserman's March 97 pedal. If the 9 month production span is true we have managed to nail down the start and end time of production for the PW-2
If someone finds a PW-2 with a serial number outside the range I8 - J6 the whole theory falls apart.
