hi doc.......i know the feeling mrs franzoni thinks i'm looney tunes at the moment as well...gone a bit nuts lately buying gear...but at least i'm out and about using it like yourself...don't worry about your bandmates getting frightened by you bringing along some pedals your spot on with the excitement and danger factor...if you snooze you loose.........i've gone compleately mad and am thinking of making the pedalboard to end all pedalboards...i.e....i got the idea of incorparating some of my rack units into the pedalboard(like a pedalpad board) and controlling them with a switcher....but i don't know how i'm gonna fit it into all our gigs.... some of these places are small......anyway welcome to the forum...catch you later.... have a pint of guinness on me.....

The pedalboard to end all pedalboards. That sounds eerily familiar to me,Franzoni. It makes me very nervous.

It seems as though I collect gear like stamps.. almost a whole paycheck/month. GAH! I just love hooking it all up though. After I retire, I'll finally have time to goto (yes goto is one word;) an audio-engineering school. I'm liking Expression College for Digital Arts http://www.expression.edu. Hmm, I feel a thread coming on..

My bedroom is so stuffed with cable its a few minute challenge to trace down a rogue signal or errant waveforms leaking out of an unplugged jack. If I could only play guitar, I'd quit buying this crap!

Me and a mate at the local music store were thinking about building a huge 'stepped pedal board' that you could run up and hit pedals randomly! Maybe not so good for the pedals but what a stage show for the axe freaks in the pit!!

De Frag - Expression College for Digital Arts looks the biz - I could do with some of that when I retire too.

Happy Doc

66 pedals at once? Blimey. The official record is only 85. I reckon there's a few people on this board that could mount their own record attempts...

I found it on the internet, it was back in 2003 and it was Skunk Anansies guitarplayer Ace who set the world record in use of effectpedals. Ace played Deep Purples "Smoke on the water" and used 100 pedals. It was controlled by Guinness recordbook. Ace finiched his record by destroy his fender and after that set it on fire.

Not 100 pedals but I've attached a photo of a few from the collection ready for an 'experimentation' session - and I know that the PH-1s are goin' to sound lush with anything...

Later...sorry guys, I'm hitting the paperclip but it doesn't let me upload the photo. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong please? Ta.
