I know it worked out for me. I hadn't checked the thread, so I didn't do reverb/delay...I'll deffinately try that out tomorrow though. teh verb tomorrow!..but I got a pretty nice tone for Knocking on Heaven's Door...
as on a clock... E level at like 3 rate at 12 depth maxed high at 3 and low maxed

Yeah I'm on a big all modulations at max depth kick right now. It works great for my CE-2.
Not sure whether this helps, but it does radically change a chorus tone if you have an overdrive or distortion in the signal chain before the chorus. I was trying out my newly acquired CE-2B with a Nobels overdrive and accidentally stumbled across a Steve Albini/Big Black tone. Does Slash use an overdrive or a booster for his solo tones? If so, it might get you closer to the track you're after.
