I've got so many questions for this forum to ponder over!

I have a BR-1180 which doesn't have the optional CD drive but I eould like to add one to it and of course boss will ask a fortune for it so I was wondering if nyone has any experiance of adding a CD-drive to one? If so what spec does the drive need to have and any tips on installation?
