Everybody needs a CE-2. Even if it's just to look at. One of the neatest Boss compacts ever IMO.
But yes, the MIJ and MIT sound identical in my experience, so just go for whichever.

Yup but the CS-9 is a re-issue. I got a vintage and love the sound, but hate the anoying volume boost. So I stick to my CE-2.
As for the BC-9, I found one recently but the guy would'nt ship it, just wanted local pick-up... |

I don't get it why a chorus that doesn't feature a stereo output should be that awesome. Maybe I need to be a pure guitar player to understand that. |

| I was just wondering i got one of my pedals for resale a ch-1. How close of a sound is it to the ce-2. It's kinda nice needs a little cleaning but i will make a profit off it. |

You guys on the forum will probably shoot me for saying this but I once bought a DM-2 and a CE-2 for $40 US!. It was a Craigs List ad and it said that they didn't work, I bought them both on the spot. I took them home and neither one seemed to work except the LED did light up. I sprayed contact cleaner into the switchs and pots and voila, all was good. Well I didn't know what I had, I was just getting into guitar and a friend of mine kept telling me he had a Boss GT-8 and I had to get one. Well long story short, I sold both of the pedals on ebay (what a dumb @ss) to finace a GT-8. Well I've since sold the GT-8 and wish I'd kept the two vintage pedals. I guess that's why they invented ! |

+1, but I use the DC-2 now, and it's almost a shame not to run it stereo! |
