Its funny you should ask because it does have a kind of a old rubbery/chemically smell like its spent pretty much all of its 27 years stored in its box. Makes me wonder how many other minty silver screws are out there hidden away in peoples closets etc.

I find that all my oldest pedals (certainly all the inked batch numbered ones) have that wonderful burning smell to them.. It sort of wafts out when I open the cabinet
